Service Description

Soft tissue therapy uses a variety of techniques that are designed to relieve pain, reduce tension, and improve the function of muscles and other soft tissues. This therapy is particularly effective for injury rehabilitation, as it can help to speed up the healing process, improve range of motion, and prevent further injury. Soft tissue therapy can be used to treat a wide range of injuries, including sprains, strains, and overuse injuries. It can also be helpful for chronic conditions such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches. By combining this therapy with other treatments such as massage therapy and advice for exercises/stretching to be carried out at home, patients can experience a faster and more complete recovery. During a soft tissue therapy session, the therapist will use a variety of techniques to work on the affected muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching exercises. By targeting the specific areas that are causing pain or discomfort, the therapist can help to release tension and promote healing. Overall, soft tissue therapy is a safe, effective, and non-invasive treatment that can help to speed up the healing process and improve overall function after an injury.
